High-pressure process pump (model)

This single-stage mixed-flow impeller features a mixed-flow design that combines both axial and radial flow components. It is mounted in a horizontal configuration and is suitable for small to medium-sized applications, with the inlet flow entering axially and the outlet flow discharging radially. The inlet and outlet flanges are rated for the same pressure class. Axial forces within the rotor are balanced through optimally designed sealing rings and balance holes. A pair of oppositely arranged tapered roller bearings effectively accommodates any residual axial loads. The shaft is designed as a rigid structure with multiple support points. The arrangement of the shaft seal and auxiliary system piping complies with the AP1682 standard for mechanical seals and flushing schemes.
